Blast Corps.
The game in question is Blast Corps. For anyone unfamiliar, it's a kind of action puzzle game where you have to destroy buildings to clear a path for a runaway lorry carrying nuclear material. It's pretty unique. It's an N64 exclusive, but available through the classics on Switch and through multiple emulators, which are allowed as always. At the end of each level, you get a financial value for the damage you've caused, I just want the most money any of you can come up with on the first level, called Simian Acres. The Oregon Trail
This month's challenge is a slight change from the norm in that it's a bit longer than most.... I want you to travel about 2,000 miles in mid 19th century America, and hopefully not die of dysentery. This month's game is The Oregon Trail. Make your journey, share your score at the end, highest score wins it! There are multiple versions of the game available all over the place, ranging from Commodore 64 to PS5, and even versions playable in browser on mobile. They all have different scoring systems, so an aspect of this challenge is finding the best version for you. Most versions include some form of save states, so no pressure to clear it in one go.
